Conferencing Integration with IBM Lotus Sametime

Conferencing Integration with IBM Lotus Sametime instant messaging client is a free tool that allows users to discover if others are available in order to immediately collaborate, communicate, and share information.

Leaders who use Sametime version 8.5.1 and 8.0.1 for their instant messaging client have the ability to:

• > Start and send invitations to an Instant Meeting audio or net conference directly from the Sametime instant messaging client.
• > Initialize the Web Moderator online call management tool.

Both Leaders and Participants can join or start an audio and/or net conference through a click-to-join link where users can enter a telephone number enabling the audio bridge to dial them back.

The download will create a new icon in the Sametime action bar in the main window:
