WebEx Event Manager
To start or join an event you will need to download, install, and configure the WebEx Event Manager. The first time you join or start an event, the Event Manager will automatically be installed; however you can manually download it here.
Notes:
- If you are using a non-Windows or Macintosh operating system or browser other than Internet Explorer or Firefox, a Java Client will be downloaded automatically when you join an event. For more information, go to the FAQs.
- You must have administrator privileges on your computer to use this installer.

Although WebEx Event Center will automatically be set up when you host/join a meeting, you can save time by setting up WebEx Event Center, on Windows or Mac, before the meeting.
WebEx Poll Questionaire Editor:
You can use a standalone version of WebEx Poll Questionnaire Editor to create or edit poll questionnaires without starting a meeting. Download
WebEx Universal Toolkit:
Use this browser plug-in to create multimedia slides that you can share during events. Add WebEx Recorded Files (.wrf), audio, video, Flash animations, or Web pages and then save the slides as a WebEx Universal Communications Format (.ucf) file. During a meeting, you can share the UCF file and display multimedia effects. Download WebEx Universal Toolkit
Support Center Application:

Support Manager is automatically downloaded, installed, and configured the first time you conduct a support session. If your system restricts automated setups, and you can download and install the Support Manager here.

WebEx WebACD Inbox and Monitor
WebACD Inbox provides tools for agents to monitor their WebACD queues, receive notifications for support WebEx Universal Communications Toolkits automatically, and start sales support sessions simply by accepting sales support requests. It also enables agents to set WebACD-related preferences, modify availability status, and transfer a sales support session to another agent or another WebACD queue.
WebACD Inbox provides tools for agents to monitor their WebACD queues, receive notifications for support requests automatically, and start sales support sessions simply by accepting sales support requests. It also enables agents to set WebACD-related preferences, modify availability status, and transfer a sales support session to another agent or another WebACD queue.
WebACD Monitor provides tools for managers to track the volume of customer sales support activity; view sales support activity by queue or by agent, and monitor the flow of customer requests, and agent responses to these requests.

WebEx offers a variety of recorders and players that you can use to record, play, and edit meetings
You can download and install a standalone version of the WebEx Player or Network Recording Player to play back any recording that was made using the WebEx Recorder or Network-Based Recorder.

- WebEx Network Recording Player for Advanced Recording Format (.arf) files
This WebEx Network Recording Player allows interactive playback of WebEx Advanced Recording Format (.arf) files that have been streamed or downloaded to your site. With this WebEx Network Recording Player, you can control the session panels, just as in live WebEx meetings, and navigate to an event in the recording via the Table of Contents. Advanced Recording Format files contain all audio from the recorded session, including WebEx Integrated Teleconferencing, 3rd Party Conferencing, VoIP, and Audio Broadcasting.
- WebEx Recorder and Player for WebEx Recording Format (.wrf) files
This is a standalone version of the all-in-one WebEx Recorder and Player for .wrf files.
- WebEx Player for WebEx Recording Format (.wrf) files for the Mac
This is a standalone version of the WebEx Player for .wrf files.
- WebEx Player for .wot files
Earlier versions of the WebEx Recorder create files that have a .wot extension. Download this WebEx Player only if you need to play recordings in this earlier format.

WebEx Recorder
Unlike the integrated Recorder, which is available only in the Meeting window, the standalone version of Recorder is available offline—that is, outside of a meeting. Thus, you can record applications or your computer's desktop at any time to create software demonstrations, training, and so on.

WebEx Recording Editor
You can use WebEx Recording Editor to edit any recording (.wrf) that was made using WebEx Recorder. The system requirements for WebEx Recording Editor are the same as those for WebEx Recorder and Player..
Streaming Recordings on Your Web Site
A Webmaster can publish a recording on a Web site, allowing anyone to play it over the Internet. To publish a recording for playback over the Internet, go to the Create a URL for a Recording page.
