Video Conferencing provides organizations with the advantages of face-to-face communication, improving productivity without the expense of travel.

Service Levels

• Premier Service
  Ideal for high-visibility events, Premier Video Service provides a Conference Coordinator who greets each caller, assists with the connection, performs a roll call and, if requested, notifies the leader when all participants are present. The Conference Coordinator will monitor the call in its entirety and be able to troubleshoot should any technical difficulties arise.
  
  Standard Service
  Ideal for regularly scheduled calls, such as project management or team meetings, Standard Video Service provides a Conference Coordinator to greet, announce and place each participant into the meeting. Conference calls are periodically scanned and checked for quality. Coordinator assistance is available as needed.
  
  Instant Video Service
  A subscription-based service that provides the flexibility to conduct reservationless video conferences at any time for up to six participants, in any combination of video and audio. The subscriber is provided a unique dial-in number and host and participant passcodes, which can be used at their convenience.

Setting up service

• Premier and Standard Service
  To schedule a Premier or Standard Video conference, please use e-Scheduling* or contact Reservations.

• Instant Video Service
  To set up an Instant Video subscription, go to "Access Your Account" and click on the link "Register for Audio/Net/Video". Follow the online instructions to create a Manage My Meetings account and sign up for an Instant Video subscription. If you already have a Manage My Meetings account, you can login and select "Add a Subscription" at the bottom of your Manage My Meetings site. Or you can contact Reservations to request an Instant Video subscription.
