When you call to book your event call, you will be assisted every step of the way by one of our conference coordinators. Your coordinator will guide you through the booking process, helping you to determine which features and services are necessary for your call. During the call, your coordinator can also manage your event from start to finish, providing monitoring for help and technical issues. 03. What are the different types of event calls?
Premier: Designed for high-profile meetings, such as company-wide meetings, press announcements, and Investor Relations calls, these calls offer managed Q&A, conference recording, polling, operator entry, and many other features. A meeting manager-- a senior-level conference coordinator - acts as your single point-of-contact before, during, and after your call.
Standard: A conference coordinator greets each participant and joins them into the conference or attendees can enter a numeric passcode for rapid entry. The coordinator periodically monitors the call and can be called for assistance by pressing *0 on a touch-tone phone.
Unattended: A scheduled call that allows for automated entry via a predetermined passcode for onetime use. There is no moderator on the call, however, you can reach a conference coordinator for technical issues by dialing *0. Ideal for calls with 100 or more participants.

04. I have sensitive information that I will need to discuss privately with the Coordinator during the call. Is there a way I can do this?
Yes. On a Premier conference you can request a communications line. This is a feature that allows the conference leader to speak directly to the conference coordinator through a separate line.
