Verizon and Cisco bring together Verizon’s global IP network capabilities and Cisco’s Cloud Collaboration solutions, to deliver an end-to-end audio solution to provide integrated audio for a WebEx meeting. Choose toll or toll-free phone numbers, dial back or the option to connect using VoIP through your computers’ built-in audio capability.

Cisco WebEx Cloud Connected Audio (CCA) WebEx CCA provides the flexibility to conduct reservationless WebEx and audio conferences on demand. Your WebEx account will automatically include audio access numbers and passcodes ready to use in your meetings. Participants will have the option to dial-in, request dial-back or connect using VoIP through their computers’ built-in audio capability. Hosts can manage their conferences using a combination of WebEx meeting features and touchtone commands

Setting up Service

WebEx Cloud Connected Audio (CCA) To set up a WebEx Cloud Connected Audio (CCA) account, go to “Sign up for or Manage an account”. Enter the signup password to request new service and follow the online instructions to sign up for WebEx Cloud Connected Audio (CCA).
